1 Year Warranty
- At Socialite’s Secret, we want you to enjoy your jewelry free of defects and offer a 1 year warranty from your date of purchase.
- Quick Notes:
- We do not repair jewelry, we will only replace the item if it is still available or give you an item of equal value or lesser value. Please have your order number ready as we will require it.
- We do not cover lost jewelry, scratches that come with normal wear and tear or improper use or storage of your jewelry.
- Defects caused by misuse (eg. Bent ring, broken chain) is not covered by our warranty.
- Shipping fee may incur under warranty.
- Because our jewelry is made of genuine sterling silver, it may tarnish if not properly cared for. This can be easily cleaned. To learn more about cleaning your jewelry click here.
- What does the warranty cover?
- We will replace manufacturing faults such as snapped/ broken chain. It does not cover daily wear and tear. While we try to ensure each piece is crafted meticulously, we understand some pieces may not be up to our standard or quality control and may have fallen through the cracks. If stones and crystals have fallen off within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it- hassle free.
- Shipping Policy under warranty
- Additional Re-shipping fees for domestic return orders $7.99. These include packages that are Return to sender or Insufficient address.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty applies only to Products purchased through authorized SOCIALITE'S SECRET distribution channels, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Because SOCIALITE'S SECRET cannot vouch for the authenticity of products purchased through unauthorized channels nor the quality control procedures of the retailers in those channels, this warranty is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items or defects or damage due to normal wear and tear or caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-SOCIALITE'S SECRET products together with SOCIALITE'S SECRET Products. Attaching non-SOCIALITE'S SECRET charms may damage SOCIALITE'S SECRET bracelets. Stretching of SOCIALITE'S SECRET chains and bracelets is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship.
Do not expose SOCIALITE'S SECRET Products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the Product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the PRODUCT USE & CARE instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your SOCIALITE'S SECRET Product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your SOCIALITE'S SECRET Product.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED HEREIN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SOCIALITE'S SECRET BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NO SOCIALITE'S SECRET RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this warranty does not affect such rights.
