  • Return & Exchanges
    • You are entitled to 1 free exchange per order 21 days after your order is delivered. The price difference will be adjusted accordingly to the product exchanged.
    • To start your free exchange, please contact us via our contact form or email us (hello@socialitessecret.com) with your order number and request to make an exchange and a free shipping label will be sent via email for U.S customers only. Shipping fees from the original order placed are non-refundable. For international exchanges, you will be required to pay the shipping and duty fees to exchange the item(s).
    • Please note that all earrings and beauty products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene purposes.
    • Once our staff has verified that we have received the correct products you are exchanging, only then will your exchange be shipped. Before we get the original items in your transaction, we are unable to ship your exchange.
    • All exchanging items must be clean, unworn and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. The exchange request package must be shipped to us within 5 business days.
    • Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee the same items will be available for an exchange nor can we guaranteed sizes.
    • International exchanges will be required to pay all shipping and duty fees. If they are not paid, we will refuse the package and it shall be sent back to sender. International exchanges are entitled to 1 free exchange per order 21 days after delivery however, there will be a charge on shipping depending on location.
  • Limited Warranty
    • At Socialite’s Secret, we want you to enjoy your jewelry free of defects and offer a 1 year warranty from your date of purchase.
    • Quick Notes:
      • We do not repair jewelry, we will only replace the item if it is still available or give you an item of equal value or lesser value. Please have your order number ready as we will require it.
      • We do not cover lost jewelry, scratches that come with normal wear and tear or improper use or storage of your jewelry.
      • Defects caused by misuse (eg. Bent ring, broken chain) is not covered by our warranty.
      • Shipping fee may incur under warranty.
      • Because our jewelry is made of genuine sterling silver, it may tarnish if not properly cared for. This can be easily cleaned. To learn more about cleaning your jewelry click here.
    • Refunds
      • At the moment, we do not offer money back refunds or cancellations of orders. We are able to do store credit minus restocking fee.
      • Restocking fee is 15% per item.
      • We cannot change form of payment after purchase.
      • For damaged items, we offer a 21 day damage replacement exchange from date purchase if it is available. Should the item be out of stock, we will offer store credit or offer another available item of equal or lesser value.
    • Shipping & delivery
      • All orders will be shipped out from our facilities within 2-3 business days after purchase. This processing timeline does not count for shipping timeline. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. High volume delays from postal services are out of our control and we will do our best to stay updated with unexpected changes.
        • US Shipping timeline not including processing days: 3-7 business days
        • International shipping timeline not including processing days: 7-21 business days depending on country.
        • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can help file a claims with carriers to try and locate the lost packages. We ask that you wait 3 days after the tracking says it was delivered as sometimes it gets mis delivered to a neighbor and they may bring it to you. If the package is indeed lost, please email us at hello@socialitessecret.com & we will send you a new one. 
      • Signature Required on High Value Orders
        • For orders over $550, we require a signature to ensure your package arrives safely. We automatically upgrade your order to 2 day U.S shipping as a thank you. We are not responsible for returned packages if a signature is not collected or if the package is delayed as a result. Please contact the postal service to schedule a pickup, if desired.
      • Do you ship internationally?
        • Yes! We are proud to offer international shipping for a small fee. We use DHL for the fastest shipment internationally. We are based in the U.S so there may be duties and taxes that incurred on international shipping which you will be responsible for. Please note that we do not have control over these fees and cannot advise what the costs will be as it varies by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please understand that we are not able to cover you for duties, taxes and shipping paid upon delivery.
        • Re-shipping fees may incur for orders that are returned to us for the following reasons: Return to sender, insufficient address, unpaid customs & etc.
      • Holiday Policies
        • All orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and official bank holidays. We do encourage you to order our pieces early to ensure that you receive your jewelry on time.

  • Price Adjustments
    • To be fair to all our customers, we do not offer price adjustments after an item has been purchased.
  • Sale Items
    • All items on sale, (including use of promo codes) are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Mystery boxes or bundles are special items that are only available for a limited time and therefore cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review your purchases carefully before completing your transaction.
