Do you use real Sterling Silver?
Yes! All our pieces are carefully crafted with Genuine 925 Sterling Silver unless otherwise stated in the description of the product. We do not use brass, plastic, cobalt or nickel in our jewelry as we pride ourselves in hypoallergenic friendly materials.
What can you tell me about your Gold Plating?
The 18K gold plating on our Sterling Silver jewelry gives them a rich, yellow gold color rather than a light gold tone. As the karat rating increases, the gold color becomes more intense.
Will my ring tarnish or turn my fingers green?
Any jewelry made with copper such as sterling silver, yellow and rose gold items can tarnish slightly over time (since they are not solid gold pieces). Most of our jewelry will not turn your skin green, however, we do feel the need to inform you that we may have some pieces that contain a small amount of copper to hold its shape. Copper is what turns skin green. With that said, this is a good sign that we use real precious silver in our metals as pure silver is extremely soft. The finish can potentially leave a slight surface mark to the skin due to the different acids on the skin, but it is nothing to be alarmed about! The mark you may see easily comes off with warm water + soap. Although this is caused by natural properties found in metals, our plating technique prolongs the process as long as proper jewelry care is taken.
Can I wear my jewelry everyday?
Yes! Our sterling silver is made with the highest quality possible to ensure durability and can withstand daily wear and tear. Thus, we encourage you to wear them often as sterling silver loves to be held. However, it is important to note that storing it properly and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals or environments is crucial to maintaining your jewelry.
Does your jewelry contain Lead or Nickel?
NO! Absolutely NOT! Our founder has made it her mission to provide hypoallergenic jewelry to our customers as she herself has experienced severe discomfort and allergic reaction to certain jewelry. We pride ourselves with skin-sensitive friendly jewelry that does not contain harmful substances such as nickel, lead or cadmium.
How can I take care of my jewelry?
Our jewelry is pretty low maintenance! You can shower with them as they are perfectly safe with water and dish soap. However, if you are swimming in the ocean, we recommend rinsing off the jewelry in tap water before storing so that the salt does not sit on the plating for too long. It is not a necessary step, but if you want to preserve the pieces for longer, it may help. Other than that, you can polish your jewelry with a micro fiber cloth to keep them shiny after use.
Also avoid spraying sunscreen/perfume/lotions directly onto jewelry. These chemicals may cause your jewelry to loose its shine and gold plating if any.

Where do you ship to?
We are happy to inform you that we ship to both the U.S and overseas (for a small fee). We are based in the U.S and thus, there may be duties and taxes that occur for international shipping. Please note that we do not have control over these fees and cannot advise what the costs will be as it varies by country. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay said taxes and duties. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please understand that we are not able to cover you for duties, taxes and shipping paid upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?
- US Shipping timeline not including processing days: 3-7 business days. Processing days may take up to 3 business days due to high volume.
- International shipping timeline not including processing days: 7-21 business days depending on country.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can help file a claims with carriers to try and locate the lost packages.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped! This will make it easier for you to anticipate the delivery. :)

How do I return or exchange an item?
At the moment we do not offer money back refunds. We do offer store credit minus 15% restocking fee per item. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can exchange it for something of else and shipping will be on us!
You will have 21 days from the day of delivery to request an exchange. Please note that earrings and other beauty products are ineligible for returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.
- All exchanging items must be clean, unworn and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. The exchange request package must be shipped to us within 5 business days.
- Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee the same items will be available for an exchange nor can we guarantee sizes.

- Please include the title 'Exchange Request' along with your order number, full name and address. We aim to respond to all queries and questions within 24 hours. Our office is open Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM CT

After we receive the exchanged item, please allow 3 business days for processing and we will ship it out soon after. The postal carrier should take about 3-7 business days to deliver it to your door.
